Thank you for the splendid job you did in getting our property sold in such a short time, or at least conditionally sold, now it remains for the conditions to be removed until the offer is firmed up. I have already contacted both our Lawyers and the Bank to watch out for this transaction to be completed.

Our congratulations to the buyers, I am sure in years to come they will surely value their investment, as we all are aware that land is getting to be a scarce commodity, with such a hefty parcel of land one can't possibly go wrong, especially with all the trees to be found on this property, I do know there are some very nice tall Birch trees in the back, at least that is what my neighbor has seen as he has been trailing the back of the property while deer hunting and during fall some of the most precious orchids can be found blooming in the foliage.

Trust me I would not have sold this property would I have not been spread so thin, with my work and so much travelling.

As we get closer to the closing date, we will need to arrange times of my moving some of the items from there, other than that thanks again and regards to the Wray Team.
